By entering the Married by the Beard Wedding Giveaway ('Promotion'), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Promoter

This Promotion is conducted by Married by the Beard, New South Wales, Australia. Questions regarding this Promotion should be directed to @marriedbythebeard via Instagram.

2. Eligibility

To enter you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be a resident of New South Wales, Australia.
• Have a confirmed wedding taking place in New South Wales between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2028.
• Have a confirmed wedding date at the time of entry.
• Have a valid Instagram account that allows your entry to be reasonably verified.
• Not already have an existing booking, signed agreement or paid booking with Married by the Beard when the Promotion opens.

This giveaway is strictly for NEW Married by the Beard bookings only. Existing Married by the Beard clients are not eligible. Prizes cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing booking and cannot be exchanged for refunds, credits or reimbursements.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members and anyone directly involved in administering this Promotion are not eligible. Entries submitted using fake accounts, bots or fraudulent means may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

Opens: 7:00pm (AEST) Monday 10 August 2026.
Closes: 7:00pm (AEST) Wednesday 19 August 2026.
Late entries or nominations will not be accepted. The Promoter's system clock is final.

4. How to Enter

To receive one standard entry:
1. Follow @marriedbythebeard.
2. Like the official competition post.
3. Leave ONE comment on the official competition post that tags your fiancé/fiancée and includes your confirmed wedding date in the same comment.

Only one standard entry per couple will be accepted.

Bonus Entries:
Friends and family may nominate a couple by commenting on the original competition post including the couple's Instagram handle and confirmed wedding date. Each nomination from a different genuine Instagram account equals one additional entry. There is no limit to the number of valid nominations a couple may receive.

Each Instagram account may nominate the same couple only once. Duplicate nominations from the same account count once only.

Sharing the competition post is encouraged but does not provide an additional entry.

The Promoter may reject duplicate, fake, automated, offensive, misleading or otherwise invalid entries.

5. The Prizes

Three winning couples will be selected.

First Prize:
• Celebrant
• DJ
• MC
• Banter with the Beard

Second Prize:
• Celebrant Services

Third Prize:
• Celebrant Services

Anything not expressly listed is excluded.

6. Prize Conditions

Prizes are only valid for weddings taking place between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2028.

All prizes are subject to Married by the Beard being available on the winning couple's wedding date.

Only couples whose confirmed wedding date is available in the Married by the Beard booking calendar at the time entries are verified will be included in the final draw.

Prior to the draw, all entries will be verified. Couples whose dates are unavailable will be removed before the draw.

Prizes are valid for new bookings only, cannot be transferred to existing bookings, redeemed for cash, exchanged for refunds or credits, resold or combined with other offers.

Winning couples must sign Married by the Beard's standard service agreement.

If the winning couple changes their wedding date, the prize remains subject to availability. If unavailable, the prize may be forfeited.

7. Travel & Accommodation

Travel is included within 50 kilometres of Picton, NSW.

For weddings outside this area, standard Married by the Beard travel fees apply and remain payable by the winning couple.

Regional weddings requiring overnight travel will also require the winning couple to provide or pay for two nights' accommodation.

Additional travel costs including tolls, parking, flights or transport are not included.

8. Winner Selection

Before the draw, all entries will be reviewed.

Only couples who:
• Meet all entry requirements;
• Reside in NSW;
• Have a confirmed NSW wedding between 1 January 2027 and 31 December 2028;
• Are not existing Married by the Beard clients; and
• Have an available wedding date

will be included in the final draw.

The draw will take place live on Instagram via @marriedbythebeard at 7:00pm (AEST) Thursday 20 August 2026.

Each valid entry equals one chance. Each valid nomination equals one additional chance. Winners will be selected using a randomised number generator.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced during the Instagram Live and contacted via @marriedbythebeard only.

Winners must respond within seven (7) days. If they fail to respond, are ineligible or decline the prize, a redraw may occur.

10. Additional Costs

Any costs not expressly included in the prize remain the responsibility of the winning couple.

11. Publicity

By entering, entrants agree that Married by the Beard may use their Instagram handle, entry comments and winner announcement to administer and promote the competition. Any additional use of images or testimonials will only occur with consent.

12. Privacy

Information collected will only be used to administer the Promotion and fulfil prizes. Entering does not subscribe entrants to marketing.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Married by the Beard accepts no responsibility for technical failures, lost entries, incorrect information supplied by entrants or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent entries and modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary.

15. Instagram

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
